Bookings
are essential. All parties require a $50.00 deposit (4 weeks prior to party),
or when our daily booking sheet is full. On party day, accounts must be paid
in full when you arrive. Cafe tab and extras can be paid at reception
before you leave. (we accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard)
☺ We
can seat a maximum of 22 children per room. We can open the concertina doors
between the party rooms for large parties. If you book for 2 rooms, we require
$100.00 deposit and we charge for a minimum of 20 children.
☺Your
party booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
If
party
is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, we reserve the right to retain the
deposit.
☺
No
food or drink may be brought
to
your party at Lollipops.
Birthday cake is the only food
allowed.
☺
Food
is prepared and charged for on the basis of the numbers indicated on your
confirmation sheet. Please notify us your final numbers 48 hours in advance of
your party.
☺ If you need to alter the party
menu for any reason, please speak to us in advance and a list of party food
ingredients is available on request.
☺ Babies
under 12 months are free and highchairs are provided on request. Guests’
siblings may come in for a casual play and we charge normal entry
prices.
No seating is set at the table and no food is prepared for the play-only
child.
☺ Adult’s
food and coffee/tea should be ordered prior to your party. We may not be able
to supply orders received on the party day. However, our Café is available
for alternative food and drinks, and we can set up a Café tab for your guests
and add to your party account.
☺ A
party room is allocated for 1˝ hours and food is served 30 minutes after
party booking time. Ice Cream & cake are scheduled 15 minutes after the
main food. If you have ordered Lollipops the Cat, she will deliver the ice
cream and the cake to the party..
☺ Our
staff will commence cleaning the party room 1˝ hours after your booking time.
To ensure that we can run the next party smoothly, please help us by leaving
your party room on time.
☺ Children
can enjoy the unlimited playtime after the party in our playland. Alternative
seating is available in Café area.
☺ Please
remind children to wear socks for hygiene reasons. Socks can be hired or
purchased from our playland if you forgot to bring your own
